Hello, new neighbors! We’re excited to announce that our Northfield branch is, as of late December 2019, officially open for business.

This location has a lot to offer, so we talked with Vice President Ken Organ to get the full scope of what to expect from this brand new building and everything that’s happening inside of it!

In what ways does Heritage stand out amidst its competitors?

I believe we are unique in the fact that we are still family-owned and operated. Our family and staff live in the communities we serve…. Northfield, Dennison, West Concord, and Dodge Center.

What is your favorite part of the Northfield branch?

Having the HideAway Vault Coffeehouse share our space. The hustle and bustle is great….and, so are the smells of coffee and scones.

What can customers expect from this branch?

Excellent service amidst a comfortable and casual atmosphere.

What is the staff most looking forward to with this new branch?

An opportunity to be more involved/connected in the Northfield community. We have been fortunate to serve several Northfield residents from our Dennison office over the last 20 years. We hope to provide added convenience for them and provide a local bank option for many others.

What would you like the general public to know about the Northfield branch?

We are a full-service bank. However, our strengths are in consumer retail areas. We are well versed in Real Estate and feel that our product offerings, loan rates, and service are the best around.
