Stay Informed and Stay Secure!

At Heritage Bank, we want to keep you informed as to what is happening with your account. We do this by providing you with account and security alerts, both available through online and mobile banking.

Account Alerts

Account alerts will keep you up to date on balances, transfers, upcoming payments and other transactions.

Security Alerts

Security alerts will help you protect your account by notifying you of important sign-on related activity, address or password change, and much more.

To Customize Your Alerts

1.Login to your Heritage Bank account

2. Select Alerts in the upper right corner

3. Select which option you would like to set up Alerts for

4. Select Setup New Alert

5. Select the type of Alert  you would like to set up

6. Select if you would like your alert to come via email or text message

7. Enter your preferred email or phone number

8. Click finish

It’s as simple as that! If at any time you would like to change your alerts, you can remove or change them via the Alerts page. If you have any questions, please give us a call!
