Q. Can I change my user ID or password?
A. If you would like to change your user ID, please contact your local branch. To change your password, follow these steps:
- Login to your online banking account
- From the account home page, select the Profile tab in the top toolbar
- Choose Password, Edit, and follow the prompts to
change your password.
Q. How much account history will be available?
A. You are able to access the previous 15 months
of transactions.
Q. What if I forget my password?
A. If you forget your password, click “Forgot your password?” below the Account Login fields. Fill in the fields on the next page. A temporary password will be sent to the email on file. You can also contact customer service at your local branch.
Q. What should I do if I get locked out of my account?
A. Please call your local branch and they will be able to assist you.
Q. How do I sign up for E-Statements?
A. Please contact your local branch for assistance.
Q. If I have E-statements and I close my account, what happens to my E-Statements?
A. There will no longer be any record of your E-Statements on your online banking
profile. Contact your local branch for assistance.
Q. Can I download my E-Statements to my computer?
A. Yes. E-Statements may be downloaded in a PDF document and saved to your computer.
Q. Will I receive images of my checks with online statements?
A. Yes
