Technology is forever changing and Heritage Bank is changing with it. We offer a wide variety of options to make your banking experience more convenient. From our mobile app and online banking to in person, we really do offer it all. Our digital banking options were designed to make your experience easier, but sometimes you just feel better walking into a branch and talking to a person. We have come up with a list of day to day banking needs and how we recommend you handle them. 

Depositing a Check 

Come in:  If you are depositing a large check or a large sum of checks you will need to visit a branch. The limit for mobile deposits are $2500 per check and a total of $3000 per day.  

Use the mobile app: If you do not exceed any of the above listed limits, depositing a check via the mobile app is easy! Check out our step-by-step video.  

Apply for a Loan/Mortgage  

Come in: If you are interested in applying for a loan or mortgage you will need come into the bank and talk with one of our employees. They will be able to assist you with all the questions you may have as well as get you the paperwork you will need. We will soon have an online application for a more convenient process.  

Opening an Account  

Come in: When opening an account you will need to come in and speak with one of our employees. We will be able to help you step by step through the process and demonstrate anything you may need. You will be able to open an account online soon!  

Checking your Balance  

Use the mobile app: One of the easiest and most convenient ways for you to check your current balance is to use our mobile app. The main screen of the app with open to show your accounts and balances.    

Make Transfers 

Use the mobile app: Our mobile app makes transferring money a breeze. At the bottom of the screen you will see a button that says transfers. By selecting this option, you will be able to make and schedule any transfers you may need.  

Bill Pay 

Online: With online bill pay, you will be able to make payments directly out of your checking account to any person or business in the united states. With this feature, you will be able to control how they receive the payments and when they receive the payments. Another option, to avoid late payments, is to set up automatic payments to any vender you choose. You are able to do this by going onto our website and logging into your account.
